Schedules
Schedules for pick up, drop off, or walking time visits must remain exact unless otherwise communicated with pet sitter. Failure to communicate changes will result in an additional charge.
Visits
When applicable, keys, leashes, food, etc. must be provided or available at residence to adequately care for the animal during visits.
Overnights
For dogs only– Please let us know if your dog can’t be around other dogs.
A $50 deposit is required for advanced bookings and holidays. Cancellations must be made one week prior to the first day of service for the $50 to be refunded.
Payment
Full payment is due by the first day of service. No exceptions. This allows the pet sitter to purchase more food or supplies if needed, or provides funds required in case of an emergency.
Dogs & More uses Square for invoicing and database. Payments may be made with a cc via Square or by the following preferred methods: cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo @Trish-dogsandmore
